Does this really work???

Do you ever wonder if work out schedules in magazines really produce results?  A few night ago, I was flipping through a fitness magazine and there was  an article geared towards getting a ‘beach body’ in six weeks.  Or something very similar.  How can a small set of exercises be a complete full body workout?  I never pay attention to these articles because I would rather follow my own fitness regimen.   Maybe this is the reason I never have a beach body by June 1st. :)   So starting today, I am going to add to my schedule the few exercises in my magazine exactly as it appears for the designated amount of time.  


My curiosity has gotten the better of me.
