I printed my boarding passes, and I still have yet to pack. I have been up since four this morning and my mind is going a mile a minute! There aren’t enough hours in the day. Tonight I am getting a mani/pedi and having dinner with Elizabeth. Since she has moved to Elgin, I don’t see her a lot!
Yesterday was Rich’s birthday and our tradition is the birthday person picks a restaurant to go to dinner. Rich chose one of our favorites, Café Ba Ba Reeba. We stuffed ourselves with more food than we should eat in six days. Some of my favorites are the candy-like bacon wrapped dates.....
and patatas bravas.......
I didn’t take a picture of everything because I don’t want you to see all that we ate. You wouldn’t believe me if I told you...... And how can I forget my favorite part of this restaurant!!! Sangria on tap!!!
After dinner we went back home to enjoy some mini cupcakes I picked up from Snazzy Sugar. They are adorable.
The birthday boy and I HAVE to get packing! Only if we can drag ourselves off the couch......
